Jordan Hunt

Towering forward Jordan Hunt joins Scorchers from New Zealand NBL side Hawke’s Bay Hawks.

The 6’9” forward is a two-time NBL champion and FIBA Asia Cup (2022) medalist. 

Originally from Wellington, the Kiwi played his college career in the SU at Southern Oregon Raiders.

The 25-year-old returned to home soil in 2020 during the COVID hit season. He ended up playing in Australia for the delayed 2020 season, before returning to New Zealand to play for Hawke’s in 2021. That same year he made his international debut for his country.
