6'5"
Guard
The last time Scorchers made play-offs Steel made a name for himself in his professional debut season where the Surrey side signed the young talent in the most successful season in franchise history.
Since then the 6’5 guard has gained overseas experience playing in Spain for Force Lleida, Moron and Clinica Ponferrada CDP before Lloyd Gardner recruited Steel back to the BBL to play for the Giants last season.
In what was Giants most successful campaign since re-emerging into the BBL, Steel played an integral part to the teams winning record averaging 8 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists off the bench.
Although young in his career, Steel plays with composure on court. He has the ability to shoot the ball above 40% across the season seen both in Spain and last year for Giants.
