Surrey BBL announcement set for Wednesday 1 July

Surrey Sports Park is set to make an announcement on the new Surrey British Basketball League franchise including team name, logo and Head Coach appointment on Wednesday 1 July.

Past fans of Guildford Heat, Surrey Heat and Surrey United are also invited to a free Surrey Basketball Fans’ Open Evening at Surrey Sports Park on Wednesday 1 July from 7.00pm in the Varsity Suite, where fans will get the chance to meet the new Head Coach and Franchise Director Gavin Baker.

During the evening, Gavin Baker and the new Surrey Head Coach will set out the new direction for the franchise and will take questions on future plans for the club.
