A heart-breaking loss for Scorchers as the away side stole the win in the dying embers.
Creon’s side battled for every loose ball and played an outstanding game, but Leicester pipped Creon’s team in the final moments to steal the win.
The Scorchers got off to a great start, as Lovell Cook got the team going with some great offensive basketball.
MBA led the offense in the second quarter and after a great performance defensively, Scorchers led the way at the break.
The home team continued their fantastic performance in the third quarter, and continued to lead heading into the final quarter.
An incredible quarter of basketball came down to the final few plays, and Leicester took the lead with just a few seconds to play.
But Scorchers couldn’t get the game winner, and Leicester stole the win on the road.
