Surrey Scorchers 107 Plymouth Raiders 97

Scorchers bounced back in style with a 107-97 victory against the Plymouth Raiders.

Captain Tayo Ogedengbe scored 34 points as Surrey continue the playoff push.

Skyler White continued his incredible form by scoring three consecutive triples in the opening quarter to give Scorchers the lead.

The home team continued to score well in the second quarter and held an eight-point lead at the half.

Tayo took over in the second half and shot lights out in the third quarter to keep the Scorchers lead intact.

And the Scorchers held their nerve in the final period to secure a 10-point win in front of a packed SSP.

Scorchers move to a 4-3 record in the BBL Championship after seven games.

Creon’s side are back in front of the home crowd in three weeks time as we host the Leicester Riders on Saturday 8th February!
