Surrey Scorchers can announce that Darryl Palmer has departed the Club.
Palmer had been part of the Scorchers roster since signing in September 2017 during which time he made 13 appearances for the Club.
Prior to this evening’s game, Coach Creon Raftopoulos spoke of Palmer’s professionalism during his time with the Scorchers:
“Darryl’s time with us was absolutely great and I know the fans are going to miss him, just as we’re going to miss his energy.
“But in basketball things can change quickly and all I can do is wish him all the best, and maybe further down the line you might see him back with us”.
