Scorchers to face Warriors in Pre-Season Showdown

Surrey Scorchers will host the Westminster Warriors in a pre-season friendly at Surrey Sports Park on Saturday 5th September (7pm tip-off).

The London-based club, who play in the National Basketball League (NBL) Division One, will visit Guildford for Scorchers’ only home pre-season fixture ahead of the start of the 2015/16 BBL season.

Former Surrey players Mike Martin and Julius Joseph featured for Westminster last season, finishing 12th with 6 wins.

This match will be Scorchers fans’ first chance to watch the team in action as Coach Creon’s side take to the court for the first time.

Tickets for the match are on-sale now, with all seats available for just £5 per person. There will be no premium, hospitality or group options for this fixture.
