Scorchers go out with a bang!

In their final game of the season, Surrey Scorchers faced off against Manchester Giants in a game that would impact the Giants’ playoff spot position. The game was a nail-biter from start to finish, with both teams putting on a display of end-to-end action. Giants were led by Dirk Williams, who hit tough shot after tough shot, finishing with 23 points.

However, it was Josh McFolley who stole the show for Surrey Scorchers, exploding in the fourth quarter to hit six 3-pointers in a row and scoring a total of 38 points – the most by any player in a single game this BBL season. With the Scorchers fans behind them, the home team held on for a 106-103 victory, rounding off their campaign on a high note.
