Surrey Scorchers are delighted to sign 6’9 centre Radwan on an initial short term deal to start the season
As Surrey wait the arrival of two American pieces Head Coach Lloyd Gardner recruits former Cheshire Phoenix big Radwan into the squad.
After suiting up for Jacksonville NCAA D1 during his collegiate career, Bakkali has since played in Germany and Italy before playing out the second half of the season with Cheshire last season.
On signing with the Scorchers Bakkali said: “I’ve known coach Lloyd since I was 16 years old and just getting into basketball.
To have the opportunity to play for him at the pro level is one I’m excited about. I think Surrey have put together a strong team that will compete and win a lot more than in recent seasons. I’m looking forward to contributing to that for as long as I’m here.”
