Scorchers add American big Charlston Dobbs to the roster

Surrey Scorchers are delighted to sign American Forward Charlston Dobbs

Dobbs is the 4^th American to sign with the Scorchers this season as he will share the floor with Wang, Johnson and Ray at Surrey Sports Park.

The 6’8 Forward joins the Surrey side with a wealth of international experience across many leagues. Over the past 5 years Dobbs has played in Colombia, El-Salvador, Jordan, Luxemburg, Hungary, Georgia and most recently Albania.

The boardman joins the Scorchers from Vllaznia Shkodra, the same team former Scorchers guard Davis Jr played before in 2020. Here, Dobbs averaged 12 points per game as well as 9 rebounds taking his team to the Albanian Cup final as well as league finalist.
