The British Basketball League recently announced the end of the 2019/2020 season in its current state.
As a result of this, Surrey Scorchers are facing unique and challenging times, along with fellow BBL franchises and professional sports teams around the UK.
With no revenue coming in from our remaining home games, coaching sessions, camps, sponsorship and merchandise, the club is effectively missing out on some crucial income.
We have now contacted each of our game day ticket holders who purchased their tickets using Eventbrite, and have approached our season ticket holders with refund options.

Game Day Tickets:
Surrey Scorchers are now in a position to begin issuing refunds to our game day ticket holders.
Our aim is to have refunded your ticket by the end of July.

Season Tickets:
We are offering two options for our season ticket holders.
Season ticket holders have been emailed a form to fill in with their preferred option to return to media@surreyscorchers.co.uk.

Read the instructions carefully and fill in the form to the best of your knowledge.
A member of the team at Surrey Scorchers will be in touch with you by the end of July to process your refund.
