Another nail biter at Sports Park as Scorchers fall to Plymouth

In an exciting match-up between Surrey Scorchers and Plymouth Patriots, the game was a tale of two halves. Scorchers started the game on fire, dominating the first half with great energy and execution on both ends of the floor. Charleston Dobbs had a season high of 18 points, along with 3 blocks, leading the charge for Scorchers.

However, the Patriots came out strong in the second half, putting up a spirited fight and gradually chipping away at Scorchers’ lead. The game became increasingly tense as it approached the final minutes, with both teams trading baskets and the momentum swinging back and forth.

In the end, it was Elvisi Dusha who made the decisive play for the Patriots, hitting a step-back mid-range jumper to ice the game and give Plymouth a hard-fought victory. The final scoreline read 87-89 in favor of Plymouth, after a thrilling contest.
