GET UP, GET OUT, GET GOING 

We want to bring the game back to male adult individuals who had a passion for basketball established in school, University or playing casually with friends who are now unable to play due to the commitment’s life brings us.

We would like to offer the opportunity to participate in an early rise basketball session through our Professional BBL Coach Creon Raftopoulos. This will be delivered between 6.30 – 7.45am allowing enough time to shower at our facilities and head to work. The session will have a skill set element and lots of scrimmage.

The last year has been difficult both physically and mentally for everyone, therefore we want to develop a community through exercise that builds habits that influence behaviour change. Many of us living busy professional lifestyles find it hard to balance physical activity or are unable to commit to a team-based sport. Here is an opportunity to get a sweat on, develop personally in a team-based environment and have lots of fun all before your day has started.

When it comes to exercise, the best time of day to get a workout in is one that you can do consistently. So, book on and join us once a week starting June 8th.
