Surrey Scorchers recorded a 75-94 win on the road at Worcester Wolves this afternoon to secure a spot in the BBL Cup semi-finals.
Coach Dan Gayle, who stepped into the fold for the first time in place of the absent Creon Raftopoulos, masterminded his Scorchers side to a gritty in on the road thanks to 25pts from captain Tayo Ogedengbe and a double-double from Chaz Rollins (13pts/10rbs).
The win means a Surrey basketball side will feature in the last 4 of the competition for the first time since the 2008/09 season.
A full report and reaction will follow shortly.
