Surrey Scorchers failed to make it two wins from two this weekend, suffering a 94-77 defeat at the hand of Glasgow Rocks.

After Friday's home win over Bristol Flyers, Scorchers were aiming to end the weekend double-header on a high up in Glasgow.
However the hosts pushed to an early 10-point lead in the first quarter, which despite a second stanza comeback, Surrey failed to ever recover from.
The second quarter did see a resonse from the visitors, who recovered from shooitng 41%FG in the first quarter to 80% in the second, getting to within 42-40 with six triples before finishing the half 49-42.
Rocks advanced their lead by 6 in the third before a final four-point quarter saw the home side take the W, 94-77. Scorchers hit a staggering total of 10 threes in the game total, but it proved not to be enough.
Elvisi Dusha top scored for Scorchers with 15 points including 4/4 three pointers and 3 assists. Christian Behrens, Nick Schlitzer and K.C. Ross-Miller all finished with 14 points, whilst Andreas Schreiber scored 11 points and 8 rebounds.
Scorchers are next in action at home this Friday 11 December for a 7.30pm tip-off versus Manchester Giants in another re-arranged game.
