Scorchers are delighted to announce 60 school pupils and their families from Kings College, Guildford, will be attending our Flyers game free of charge thanks to our friends at Specsavers Guildford Opticians and Audiologist!

The cost of their ticket is being covered by Specsavers so they can enjoy Scorchers basketball for free!

Director and Optometrist at Specsavers, Premesh Patel, said: “There is probably nothing more exhilarating than watching a game of basketball and the Surrey Scorchers certainly deliver a match for everyone of all ages to enjoy.

“This is why we are delighted to get involved and purchase 60 tickets for children at Kings’ College school to apply for and attend with their family for free.

“In this month of good will and festive spirit, it’s a small gesture we can do as a business to give back to our local community and we hope that the children who are lucky with getting their hands on our sponsored tickets have a thoroughly wonderful time.”

Scorchers would like to extend a big thank you to everyone at Specsavers Guildford Opticians and Audiologist for their generosity.
